Develop and optimize photolithography processes for new products and technologies
Monitor and control production processes using statistical methods
Analyze data to identify root causes and implement yield improvement actions
Adjust equipment parameters and troubleshoot technical issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global partners

Preferred Qualifications

Basic understanding of photolithography or semiconductor manufacturing
Interest in learning process control methods such as SPC or DOE
Comfortable working with data analysis or using tools like Excel
Strong team spirit and motivation to solve problems collaboratively
Openness to talking reading technical documents or emails in English
