You'll be the initial point of contact for a wide range of automotive needs, assisting everyone from passionate DIYers to busy local mechanics. Get ready for a fast-paced role where your contributions are essential to keeping the automotive world moving. Whether you're providing quotes, managing inventory, delivering parts or handling shipping and receiving, your role is essential.

You dont need to be a parts expert to start, were happy to train the right person. If you bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, well give you everything you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, helpful service and build strong customer relationships.
Research and identify the right parts and solutions, problem-solving is key!
Keep inventory organized and displays stocked to support in-store sales.
Work across all areas of the store: sales counter, shipping/receiving, warehouse, and deliveries.

Minimum Requirements:
Outgoing, people-first personality and a passion for helping customers.
Comfortable working in a team-based, collaborative environment.
Clear and confident communication skillson the phone and in person.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
Valid drivers license and openness to forklift training (well provide it).
Prior customer service or retail experience is an assetbut not required.
