The Customer Service / Content Moderator (Bilingual: Arabic/English) interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service / Content Moderator (Bilingual: Arabic/English) role include:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Grade 12 or GED equivalent
• Deep familiarity with internet technology, streaming, internet slang/colloquialisms and internet culture
• Mentally and emotionally able to handle offensive or disturbing behavior, language, and content
• Ability to monitor several information flows simultaneously
